Jamie S. Hutton, MD
Jamie S. Hutton, MD has practiced pediatrics in Harrisonburg for over 15 years and founded Mountain Ridge Pediatrics in 2015. She completed her residency at the Medical College of VA in Richmond in 2008. Dr. Hutton, a Shenandoah Valley native, graduated summa cum laude from James Madison University. She attended medical school at Medical College of Virginia (now Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine) in Richmond where she graduated in the top 5 of her class. She is double board certified in Pediatrics & Breastfeeding and Lactation medicine. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Hutton completed a mini fellowship in Pediatric Centered Mental Health in Primary Care through the REACH institute. Dr. Hutton also has a STAT certification for Autism evaluations. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, and their three children. She also enjoys reading, shopping, and outdoor activities. She brings a special interest in general pediatric care and development, newborns, and breastfeeding.
Megan E. Imholt, MD
Megan Imholt, MD joined our practice in October of 2020. She has over 15 years of experience in general pediatrics, and she has been practicing in Harrisonburg since 2008. After graduating from VCU with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology in 2001, she continued on at VCU studying medicine. She graduated Medical school in 2005 and completed her pediatric residency at VCU in 2008. Dr. Imholt loves working with children and families of all ages. She has a special interest in establishing a medical home for children with complex medical issues, and enjoys partnering with families to achieve their long term goals. In her free time, Dr. Imholt likes baking, crocheting, hiking, and exploring National Parks. She also loves going on adventures with her nieces and nephew, and she spoils them completely rotten.
Erika L. Shelburne, DO
Erika Shelburne, DO has been working in the Shenandoah Valley for the last 10 years at Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital serving our areas pediatric population. She graduated from Virginia Tech in 2006 with a Bachelors of Science Degree and graduated from medical school in 2010 from Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine-Blacksburg. She is a board certified pediatrician who completed her pediatric residency in 2013 from Orlando Health's Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital. In her free time she enjoys making memories with her husband Daniel and their two children. She also enjoys movies, audiobooks, and running half marathons.
